SCL
Spam Confidence Level (rating). Used to refer to the
spam confidence level rating applied to incoming emails by Microsoft Exchange
server with Intelligent Message Filter installed. The higher the SCL the more
likely (or the more confident the system can be) that the email is spam.Relevant
